BASICS

Offer:

  • Event Rental Fee - 1,900+ (4 hrs)

  • Security Deposit - 1,000 

  • Dance Floor (pool patio) included

Bar: 

  • Hospitality Fee 500 (up to 100 people) - cash bar or hosted

  • Drink packages available

Optional Items: 

  • Bridal Suite - $500 - Two poolside guest rooms with additional furniture. 

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED

​Included: 

  • 4 hour event space rental (must end before 10pm)

  • Setup & cleanup time - 30 minutes prior and after the event. 

Who else you'll need to hire: 

  • Coordinator - they'll help with with below

  • Caterer

  • Rentals: i.e. tent (optional), table/chair, linen, silverware, 

  • Music

  • Floral 

  • Decorations

Some house rules: 

  • Minimum 30 guests - Max 350

  • You must work with a preferred coordinator

  • No small items that require excessive cleanup (i.e. confetti, rubber balloons, rice) - $750 cleanup fee

  • No food or beverages near the pool (no glass)

  • Payment schedule: $1,000 deposit, remaining 30 days prior to the event. 

  • No outside Alcohol
